I managed to crack my ENVE rim in a dumb crash and was fully prepared for this to turn into one of those long, annoying warranty/replacement situations. I sent over the photos and info they needed, and surprisingly, they got back to me fast.
The replacement price felt totally fair, the process was simple, and the new wheel showed up sooner than I thought it would. i was waiting for the catch. THERE WAS NO CATCH. Super smooth experience, 5 stars from me.

The quality seems good overall, but it felt heavier than I expected, especially for the price. The ride is fine, nothing wrong with it, but I was hoping for more of an upgrade. I also felt a bit ignored when my main concern was the weight, since that’s what mattered most to me.

I had an issue with my enve wheel and figured dealing with the warranty would be a total hassle, but it ended up being straightforward. Has anyone else run into something similar with their wheel?

I sent over the info they needed along with a few photos, and support got back to me quicker than I expected. They asked a couple of normal follow-up questions and kept me in the loop while they checked everything out.
In the end, they took care of it and got me sorted without making it a big ordeal. I really appreciated that since I ride this bike all the time. Overall, it was a way better experience than I was expecting

I’ve got to say, the bike designs are sharp, like, they just have a clean, cool look that caught my eye right away. I do kind of wish the colors were a little more fun or bold, though. Not a huge deal, but yeah, a few brighter options would make them even better.

I was really happy to finally find rims that actually fit my tires. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward, and everything worked out just how I needed.

I got my wheels from enve.com and, yeah, the braking feels really solid now. The first couple of rides were, a bit noisy and they didn’t feel super sharp right away, but after they bedded in, they started stopping really nicely. Even on longer descents, they’ve felt dependable. They’re not, like, amazing in wet weather, but overall I’m happy with them

After just a few rides, the quality started to feel kind of cheap. I was expecting better, better from this brand and definitely better for the price.

My box arrived dented and the padding inside was flimsy. The product itself was thankfully okay, but the packaging felt really careless. I also tried reaching out about it and kept getting transferred around, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great

The whole aero thing felt a bit off to me. Not saying it’s total nonsense, but the way it was presented seemed like a bunch of marketing fluff trying way too hard. Kinda dumb, honestly.

I ordered a couple of ENVE parts i was way more excited than I probably should’ve been when they went on perfectly right away. No fiddling, no weird gaps, no headache — just a clean fit from the start. I was seriously thrilled. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

i mean, they roll fine and do the job, but the hub noise started getting annoying quickly. Not terrible, just not something I was super impressed with.

It rides smooth for the most part, but yeah, on rough corners it felt a bit harsh to me. Good overall, just didn’t blow me away.

I picked up a set of ENVE parts and right away I was kind of excited, but also a little nervous because you never really know until you ride them for a bit. Out of the box, though, everything looked super clean and felt tight and solid in hand. After putting some miles on them, I’m relieved and happy with them. No weird creaks, no odd noises, no issues so far. They just feel strong and well made.

Support ended up helping me out, so I’m happy with that. It did take a little longer than I expected, but, anyway, they got it sorted in the end.

I was a little unsure at first, but once I tried the site, it was actually really simple to use. Definitely a relief.

I put the ENVE wheels on the bike feels so much better now. The handling is noticeably sharper, especially through corners, and it just feels more planted instead of twitchy. I wasn’t expecting such a big change, but my gut told me they’d be worth it and I’m really glad I went with them...

I grabbed this without thinking too much about it, and I’m glad I did. After months of use, it’s still solid and really holds up.
